We are now based at Dartmouth College, but the west coast contingent continues their research at UC San Diego. Please check out our new website for most recent updates here.

Our broad aim is to understand the cognitive and neural mechanisms of human perception, selective attention, and multisensory processing. Our research focuses on understanding and characterizing our perceptual and cognitive abilities, as well as their capacity limitations. We are particularly interested in how events from different sensory modalities (sight, sound, touch) are integrated into real-world, multi-modal objects. We study these topics using a combination of psychophysics, experimental psychology, and neuroimaging, in particular electroencephalogram (EEG).
