Welcome to the Multisensory Integration and Perception Lab!

Our broad aim is to understand the cognitive and neural mechanisms of human perception, selective attention, and multisensory processing. Our research focuses on understanding and characterizing our perceptual and cognitive abilities, as well as their capacity limitations. We are particularly interested in how events from different sensory modalities (sight, sound, touch) are integrated into real-world, multi-modal objects. We study these topics using a combination of psychophysics, experimental psychology, and neuroimaging, in particular electroencephalogram (EEG).

We are now based at Dartmouth College, but the west coast contingent continues their research at UCSD.
